Placing Your Order You can place your order using a secure shopping cart ordering system supported by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card instead. PaymentWe accept Visa and Master Card payments for credit card payments. Credit cards will be authorized and charged upon receipt of order, some secured credit cards bank issuers may withhold funds upon authorization by BedLinenOnline.com.au. Shipping Most Items will ship within 5 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. In addition, please allow up to 4 business days from the day your order has been shipped for Australia Post regular parcel to be delivered within Australia. We use Australia Registered Post for most of shippings. Registered Post requires a recipients signature, so your items cannot be left at the front door if you are not at home. Instead, the postman will leave a note for you with instructions on where to pick your item up from. There are many Australia Post outlets around Australia so normally you do not have to go too far to pick your item if you missed the delivery! Bulk items are sent with a courier service. Courier can leave your item at your property if you think it is safe (this is very important!). If your item is being sent by courier, we'll email you asking for your instructions. Shipping Status
Receiving Your Order Please email us about any missing or incorrect items ASAP - the sooner you do it, the better our chance is to find out what went wrong and correct it! We will only accept your claims within 30 days of the order delivery. Returns / Credits
If you get an incorrect item (not what you ordered) or the item arrived damaged, please email us and return the goods in their original packing. We will refund the postage you paid to send the items back provided you send us a copy of the postage receipt.
