How to return

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt in original resaleable condition and not have been used, washed or damaged in any way unless defective. The customer is responsible for the return of product(s) to correct return address, and all returns must be issued a return authorization. Returns received that have been used or are without original packaging will not be accepted unless defective.

Please email sales@bedlinenonline.com.au prior to return for return authorization as returns received without proper authorization will not be accepted. Quilt cover sets not defective are non returnable if removed from the package they were shipped in.

Please e-mail customer service at sales@bedlinenonline.com.au if you have any questions on which items are non returnable or have a restocking fee.

Refunds or credits are normally issued within 4 to 10 business days of receipt of return or after inspection of item if required.

Upon receipt of any return customer may be charged an additional amount for re-shipping package back to customer if item returned has been used, damaged, washed or is a non-returnable item.
